1. Scope of this Policy This Privacy Policy explains how PalmMatrix collects, uses, stores, shares, protects, and retains personal information in connection with the Platform. It applies to information collected through the website, account registration, image upload workflow, checkout process, reports, blog interaction, customer support, and related features.
2. PalmMatrix processes such images only for the limited purposes disclosed to the user, including analysis, service delivery, quality control, support, and lawful system improvement, subject to the user’s consent and applicable law. Users should not upload images of other individuals without lawful authority and valid consent where required.

Lawful Basis / Consent-Oriented Use Where consent is required by applicable law, PalmMatrix relies on the user’s consent, including the user’s express consent given through the image upload and consent workflow. In other cases, PalmMatrix may process information as necessary to perform a contract with the user, operate the Platform, respond to user requests, protect legitimate interests such as security and service integrity, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Third-Party Service Providers PalmMatrix may use third-party service providers for hosting, authentication, cloud storage, payment processing, analytics, logging, customer communications, content delivery, and related technical operations. These providers are authorized to process information only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide their services to PalmMatrix and are subject to their own legal and contractual obligations.
7. Payment Data Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe or similar providers. PalmMatrix does not ordinarily store full payment card numbers or complete card security data on its own systems. Payment information is handled in accordance with the applicable third-party processor’s policies and technical framework.
8. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies PalmMatrix may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember settings, analyze usage, improve performance, measure content effectiveness, and support security. 14. Children The Platform is not directed to children. PalmMatrix does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age required to use the Platform. If PalmMatrix becomes aware that prohibited data from a child has been submitted, it may remove the data and take appropriate account action.
15. Changes to this Policy PalmMatrix may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version posted on the Platform will apply from its effective date. Material changes may be highlighted through the Platform or related communications where appropriate.
