Biometric / Image Consent

1. Consent to Processing By uploading, submitting, capturing, or otherwise providing palm images to PalmMatrix, you expressly consent to the collection, review, processing, storage, use, and, where reasonably necessary, secure transmission of those images for the limited purposes described in this Consent, the Privacy Policy, and the workflow presented to you on the Platform.

2. Nature of the Information Palm images may, depending on applicable law and context, be regarded as biometric, biometric-related, sensitive, or identifying information. You acknowledge that PalmMatrix has informed you of the nature of the data being submitted and of the intended use of that data.

3. Purpose of Processing PalmMatrix may process palm images for purposes that include: enabling analysis requested by the user; generating structured reports and related outputs; maintaining service quality; customer support; debugging and error resolution; fraud and abuse prevention; security review; internal testing; and lawful service improvement, provided that such use remains reasonably connected to operation and enhancement of the Platform.

4. No Public Display Palm images uploaded to PalmMatrix are not intended to be publicly displayed by default. They are collected for private processing within the Platform environment, subject to applicable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards.

5. Your Authority to Submit You confirm that the images you submit are images of your own palm, or that you otherwise have full legal authority and all required consents to submit the images. You must not submit another person’s images without valid lawful authority and consent where required.

6. Storage and Retention PalmMatrix may retain submitted images for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, support, lawful quality control, fraud prevention, record-keeping, dispute handling, and legal compliance, after which the images may be deleted, anonymized where practicable, or otherwise handled in accordance with the Platform’s retention practices and applicable law.

7. Withdrawal of Consent Where processing is based on your consent and where permitted by law, you may request withdrawal of consent and deletion of retained palm images or related data. You understand that withdrawal of consent may affect PalmMatrix’s ability to provide or continue certain services, maintain records, investigate disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

8. Third-Party Processors PalmMatrix may use third-party technical infrastructure or service providers to securely store, transmit, or process palm images and related information, provided that such use remains connected to legitimate Platform operations and subject to appropriate safeguards.

9. No Sale of Palm Images as Ordinary Practice PalmMatrix does not treat palm images as a commodity for ordinary resale. Any handling of palm images remains subject to the Platform’s disclosed purposes, applicable law, and the user relationship.

10. Acknowledgment By checking the applicable consent box, clicking to continue, or uploading your images, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Consent and agree to the processing described above.
